Scope
This notice describes how the information sent through the demo request form on actireq.com is used. The Actireq application used by customer companies is covered by separate terms.
Information collected
Name, company, email address, phone, industry and, if you provide them, team size, number of technicians and your message. The site also records the language of the page and, where present, the originating page and the campaign parameters of the address.
Purpose
This information is used only to get back to you and to prepare the requested demonstration. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as the sales follow-up requires, then deleted or archived.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information by replying to the confirmation email received after sending the form.
Cookies and analytics
The actireq.com site sets no cookie and uses no audience measurement tool.
